Before me, they tried to restore this device in one of the Minsk services, but without success ... The radio tape recorder could start working and turn off after working for several hours, or when driving after 40 minutes of the trip, it will turn on and start playing))) After the Minsk service, even the CD player stopped working =( Having opened the device, I immediately saw the remains of the flux ... The flux was driven under the BGA chips and presumably they were warmed up and loosened ... There were also traces of soldering RAM memory and processor ...
The traces of the flux had to be removed, but the soldering was - so-so ... I had to fix everything under a microscope ...
Well, in fact, the sore of these devices was eliminated by me and the device went back to the owner ... After which the owner informed me that the radio tape recorder had been restored and was not buggy ... He also said that the CD player began to work properly.
